MY BEST BASIC WARDROBE PIECES
It's Friday, It's Friday!!! And a holiday weekend, at that! I know it's been an especially long week and extremely trying for many. So, this post is going to be extremely short and sweet.
Recently, I've been trying very hard to overhaul my wardrobe. I seem to find myself very often feeling like I have nothing to wear. And I came to the conclusion that it was because I wasn't planning my purchases around my needs. I was just buying whatever I saw that spoke to me. Which can be great. Until it's time to go to work and you realize you don't own any appropriate clothes for that particular venue.
So, I've stalked up on basics this month. I'm talking the perfect white tees, the best Leggings and jeans. And a great basic pair of shoes that can go with anything.
I've listed the pieces from my outfit above. I wore this to dinner, last night and felt so unbelievably comfortable.

Great basics!! I have started to go through my clothes as well, to make sure I have the basics I need. Now I only buy pieces that fit with things I already own. And leather leggings as on that list.

DeleteI sympathize completely. I often buy on impulse, instead of buying what I actually need. You can never go wrong with buying basics. I definitely want a pair of leather leggings though. They're so cute!
